Smoked meat production
Individual businessman “GBR” produces hot smoked meat offering pork breast, pork chop, bacon, speck, chicken wings, chicken hams, smoked and dried sausages, serveladas, blood sausages, and Czech liver sausages.
The meat is smoked on alder wood and prepared according to ancient Latvian methods. In the production “GBR” uses raw materials grown in Latvia - vegetables, chicken, beef, and pork.
The production is available at the production facility in Baldone, as well as at trade fairs and city fairs all over Latvia.
